Capital Plans
How much capital a bank needs to meet regulatory requirements as well as continue to grow and produce meaningful earnings is a key question faced by boards and bank executives. Capital planning helps a bank determine how much capital it needs to continue its growth and produce meaningful earnings as well as meet regulatory requirements.
Danielson will prepare a report to the board that details how much capital is needed, when it will be needed, various methods of raising capital, the current environment for raising capital, the bank’s value to others, the best way to protect/enhance shareholder value and the likely pricing of capital.
Danielson can also prepare a detailed Capital Plan for use in a response to a regulatory order.
