John D. Putman, Vice President
John Putman joined Danielson Associates in 1999 as a financial analyst and is now a vice president of the firm. He has been an integral part of the firm's success over this time and has worked with virtually all of Danielson Associates' clients.
His primary areas of expertise are bank stock valuations, merger analysis, pro-forma financial analyses and market analyses. He is particularly skilled in research relative to historical bank financial data. With more than ten years of bank research and consulting experience, John has a wealth of institutional knowledge.
John also works extensively with new bank clients and in the preparation of the firm's Quarterly New Bank Report that has been published for more than 15 years. It is one of the premier reports on new bank performance.
John received his Masters in Business Administration at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance at George Mason University in Fairfax City, Virginia.
